Information is shared only with people and service providers who need it to handle your request. We use access controls, rate limits and server-side validation to reduce unauthorised access and misuse.

SMS notification records

When you request a quote and provide your mobile number, Secure Cleaning may send an SMS to let you know your online estimate or agent-prepared quote has been emailed. This is only about your requested quote, not permission for unrelated marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, or ask us for email-only contact.

We retain the quote reference, mobile number, request source, notice version, date, delivery status, replies and opt-out records to handle quote notifications and respect your contact preferences. Our messaging provider receives the mobile number and message needed for delivery. Access to these records is restricted to authorised staff.
