Online prices and scopes are indicative until premises, access and service requirements are confirmed through the inspection and quotation process.

Acceptable use

Use this website only for genuine, authorised business enquiries. Do not submit automated, abusive, misleading or unlawful requests, probe private areas, or use information obtained from the site for resale or competing solicitation.

Service arrangements

A quote, scope or inspection request does not create a service contract. Final arrangements are confirmed separately after review of the premises and requirements.

Quote notifications by SMS

When you request a quote and provide your mobile number, Secure Cleaning may send an SMS to let you know your online estimate or agent-prepared quote has been emailed. This is only about your requested quote, not permission for unrelated marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, or ask us for email-only contact.

This applies to quotes requested online and through our agents. Notifications are normally sent after the email provider accepts the quote email, during 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday in your service region. Outside those hours, they are held until the next weekday. SMS and email delivery depend on the providers and are not guaranteed. Email-only contact does not prevent you from requesting a quote.

We record the quote reference, mobile number, request source, date and notification notice version to document the permission basis. A quote request does not reverse an existing SMS opt-out. You can also contact info@securecleaning.com.au to stop quote SMS notifications.
